By using CryptoTaxBridge, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of Service

CryptoTaxBridge provides tools for processing cryptocurrency transaction data and generating crypto tax reports. We do not offer financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their imported data and compliance with their local tax laws. CryptoTaxBridge does not file or submit taxes on behalf of users. It is your responsibility to verify the correctness of all reports generated by the platform.

Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all generated reports before relying on them for tax filing or compliance purposes.

4. Account & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or misuse the service. Users can delete their accounts at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, all stored data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments for CryptoTaxBridge are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where the service involves the supply of digital content or immediate access to report generation, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun, where permitted by law.

All refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy. CryptoTaxBridge does not independently issue refunds.

6. Data & Privacy

We value your privacy and handle all data according to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will never sell, trade, or share your personal information without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

CryptoTaxBridge is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any inaccuracies, data loss, or financial losses arising from the use of our service. You use the platform at your own risk.

CryptoTaxBridge  is an automated reporting tool that processes data provided by the user. While reasonable care is taken in generating reports, we do not guarantee that reports are complete, accurate, or suitable for filing without review.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all reports before use or submission to any tax authority. Reliance on generated reports without independent verification is done at the user’s own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this page regularly for updates.
