Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not generated a tax report for the purchased tax year.

2. After a report has been generated

Once a tax report has been generated for the purchased tax year, the service has been delivered and the payment is not refundable, except where the consumer law of your country gives you a right that cannot be waived.

3. How to request a refund

Write to us with the email address of your account and the transaction ID. Refunds of card payments can also be requested directly from Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Crypto payments

Crypto payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency, for the amount originally paid, to a wallet address you provide. Network fees are not refunded.
